Sansone florist is amazing! They do outstanding work and I have only ever experienced friendly, professional, and kind service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
If it was an option to give no stars I would absolutely do so. The owner is snooty and crooked. We previously had an event planned but due to certain circumstances cancelled. The florist could not refund us the money, but stated that he would make us an arrangement at a later date. When we contacted the owner about making an arrangement for us he was belittling, condescending, and flat out rude. He stated that we were out of line for asking him to make an arrangement [even though that was his suggestion] and that it would be flowers of his choice and "certainly" nothing "spectacular." Bad business and terrible customer service. I hope you enjoy the money you have stolen from us. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE SANSONE FLORIST!!
For years I have only used Sansone Florists whenever I need flowers sent to family and friends in Haddonfield. I always receive excellent and friendly service. And my family and friends always RAVE about the flower arrangements Sansone delivers!
