They take the time to work with you on whatever needs you may have -- purchasing, jewelry repair/cleaning, valuation, etc. You do not feel rushed, nor pressured to purchase. Every experience I have ever had has been enjoyable, and I would even say 'educational.' Every staff member is truly genuine, and only want the best for their customers. Absolutely loved the experience in picking out the engagement ring. I worked specifically with Sam and Bear. They were so professional and very patient. Went out of their way to make sure I got the right ring in a budget I was comfortable with spending. Was never pressured to spend more than I wanted but they made sure I got the best possible diamond. Also we custom designed the ring to the way which was just perfect!
