What a fiasco! Our family made the error of booking a reunion cruise with Lyceum and hopefully my mom will not become ill from the frustration of error after error until we actually set sail. Between the cancelled flight we found out about on our own as they failed to read the email from the airline which would have given us 2 weeks head start on rebook in to the wrong date being given to the shuttle service to pick us up to the errors in what we were told was included that is a tally not, all we get as explanation is that none of the problems are their doing. No customer service, no avocation for better prices after being inconvenienced, no rebates for ending up on connecting flights from direct initial bookings. If we could have changed mid-stream we would have! There are wonderful travel agents out there....this is not one of them!
